At RTY we define “yoga” in the broadest sense of the word. We believe that it is an ancient lifestyle practice that can have significant positive effects on the practitioner, leading to overall health, wellbeing, and happiness. It can also lead the discovery of personal powers, greater than the practitioner may have originally believed to be possible.
